WHAT’S ON TAP RIGHT NOW??

  1.  BENCH CREEK BREWING APEX PREDATOR HONEY OAT BLONDE – Brewed with over 50kg of locally produced honey, this beer is a clean, refreshing pint perfect for sipping on the patio.  Expect light flavours of sweet malt, cracker and fresh honey, with a subdued herbal hoppiness and a crisp, dry finish.               – 20 IBU – 5.5% Abv
  2.  COULEE BREW CO. WORKIN’ DUBBEL TIME – Rich malty sweet aroma with banana ester (almost smells like banana bread), some fruity almost raisin-like flavours come through, light bodied with a smooth finish.  A slight alcohol warmth on the finish.  Pairs well with slow roasted pork, sausages, chocolate deserts. – Style: Belgian Dubbel – 20.8 IBU – 7.5%  Abv
  3.  WILD ROSE ELECTRIC AVENUE GOLDEN LAGER – Electric Avenue is the road linking all things where wild is the way. For Albertans who crave bolder refreshment, this Alberta Blonde Ale has a crisp profile and delivers light, yet flavourful satisfaction. – 27 IBU – 4.8% ABV

Every two weeks we will focus on one specific varietal or type of wine. (Eg: Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Sauvignon Blanc, Port, Sherry, etc) Learn about the regions, processes, characteristics on the nose/palate, and food pairings!

Of course, there will be sampling involved!
