WHAT’S ON TAP RIGHT NOW??
- COULEE BREW CO. RED COAT TRAIL ALE – Aromas of caramel and North American Hop varieties make up the nose of this amber coloured ale. Flavours of rich dark fruits and hops interplay until a moderately dry toasty finish. Refreshing whatever your trail is. – 5.6% ABV – 34 IBU
- MEDICINE HAT BREWING GENTLEMEN’S STOUT – A rich coffee and semi-sweet chocolate flavor is predominate with a slightly burnt flavour. This is a medium full body stout but not overly filling. The use of flaked oats help add to the perception of body and gives it a creamy, almost velvety mouth feel. The finish is neither overly dry, nor overly sweet, but rather meets your tastebuds somewhere in the middle. Dark, rich, and delicious, the Gentlemen’s Stout is made to satisfy the dark beer lover. – 7.0% ABV – 37 IBU
- FAHR AWAY HEFEWEIZEN – Fahr Away is a very refreshing, light and well balanced beer that is a delight to drink. This Hefeweizen is perfectly suited to summer patio time but can easily be enjoy your round due to its balance of sweetness and crispness. The Weihenstephan yeast used in this brew in parts banana include flavours naturally. – 5.3% ABV – 14 IBU

Every two weeks we will focus on one specific varietal or type of wine. (Eg: Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Sauvignon Blanc, Port, Sherry, etc) Learn about the regions, processes, characteristics on the nose/palate, and food pairings!
Of course, there will be sampling involved!
